The day to day operations are run by the Directors David Hampel and Blair Stephens where they merge their Design, Estimating, Project Management and Site Management skillset to deliver your dream home.
David and Blair bring a combined experience of over 40 years in the Western Australian construction industry having successfully delivered award winning quality projects up to the value of $100m.
David Hampel
Director
David has over 16 years of multidisciplinary project experience in both rural and metropolitan Western Australia. He combines a background in professional Quantity Surveying with comprehensive technical knowledge gained on the successful design and delivery of major Residential and Commercial Construction projects.
David has effectively managed the design, estimating and project roll outs in numerous industry sectors. He specializes in Value Engineering and is passionate about achieving Client budget and design goals through lateral thinking, utilizing innovative construction techniques and encouraging positive collaboration with owner, developer and design team.

Blair Stephens
Director
Blair has over 24 years of construction experience in metropolitan Western Australia, exclusively engaged with one of the largest commercial builders. He has extensive experience on a diverse range of projects encompassing residential, education, commercial, retail, healthcare and aged care facilities.
Blair has effectively managed and directed all site construction activities on these projects ensuring on time delivery and compliance with all Cost, Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental and Legislative requirements. His practical trade background has proven invaluable in his dealings with clients, design team members and subcontractors and has gained respect for his collaborative style of management, on site practical inputs relating to buildability issues and problem solving skills.
